April 15th - May 20th - Let The Camping Begin!

Water is set to be turned on April 15th. Enjoy $30/night camping rates April 15th – May 20th.

May 7th - May 9th - Camping With Mom

Take advantage of the discount camping rates and bring mom out for a good time. All moms will receive free coffee at the store and can play a few games with the kids for a chance to win prizes!

May 14th - May 16th - Heroes Weekend

River Bend will offer free camping for former and current members of the Armed Forces, Police Force, Firefighters and Ambulance Service with proper ID. Kids can dress as their favorite heroes for prizes during games held outside the store.

May 21st - May 23rd - Park Appreciation & Potluck

Be sure and come out to the park and help with the final cleanup efforts. After working all day, we will hold a potluck party in the Pavilion on Saturday night with raffle prizes!

May 28th - May 31st - Memorial Day Celebration

Come out to River Bend and kick off the summer camping season. We will have a flea market/craft show in the Pavilion on Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Our first dance of the summer will take place on Saturday night featuring Electro DJ's. Be sure and bring your appetite to the Fundraising Group sponsored Pancake Breakfast, featuring Irv's famous doughnuts, in the Pavilion on Sunday morning from 8-11am. On Sunday night, stop by the Pavilion and listen to a great country band.

June 4th - June 6th - River Bend Raceway

Bikes and pedal cart races – see if you can beat Jason's time through the obstacle course! Enjoy all of Saturday's events and stop by the Pavilion on Saturday night for the oldies hits and classic tunes from the Ultimate Sound DJ.

June 11th - June 13th - River Bend Safari

We will have a campground wide relay race for all ages with a zoo theme. Saturday events include a "stuff n fluff" animal workshop and a Saturday night show from Tom the "Snakes Alive" entertainer.

June 18th - June 20th - WATER WARS I

Calling all dads, families and water enthusiasts! Get ready to get soaked! Be prepared for the water wagon ride through the campground. We will also be celebrating Father's Day with water balloon tosses and other games to get you wet. Dads receive free coffee at the store and a free game of mini-golf as well.

June 25th - June 27th - Tailgate Weekend

Our sports themed weekend will provide a vast opportunity for all athletes to show off their skills. We will have a baseball/football themed party in the picnic area by the beach with great tailgate food and a huge bean bag toss tournament! Be sure and stop by the Pavilion on Saturday night for a party with the DJ.

July 2nd - July 5th - Independence Day Celebration

River Bend will hold our annual Independence Day Celebration with many special events! The Fundraising Group will hold a Pancake Breakfast in the Pavilion from 8-11am on Saturday morning. We will have a DJ in the Pavilion on Saturday night. Be sure and stop by the UDI vs. Condo Owner Softball Game on Saturday at 4:30pm. The in-park parade will take place on Sunday afternoon with the best decorated bike and golf cart contests.

July 9th - July 11th - Beach Party

The beach will take center stage for a great summer party. Bring the entire family to the beach for food, fun, music and great times. Sand castle contests, frisbee toss, tomahawk toss, shoe kick contest, canoe races and more!

July 16th - July 18th - Death By Chocolate

You talk about your sweet tooth, well here is your chance to indulge in all your chocolate cravings! We will have a "Sweet Tooth" buffet in the Pavilion on Saturday. Be sure and bring your cameras to the second annual pudding wrestling ring, featuring matches for all ages!

July 23rd - July 25th - Christmas In July

Santa will make his midsummer trip to River Bend. We will have a Christmas Party with a gift exchange on Saturday afternoon, followed by wagon rides with Santa. Decorate your lot for a chance to win a prize.

July 30th - August 1st - WATER WARS II

If you didn't participate in water wars in June, here is your chance to get involved once again. Be sure and have your super soakers, water balloons and slingshots ready to attack the water wagons! We will have many games on the pool deck and at the beach that will surely require you to get drenched! Be prepared!

August 6th - August 8th - Packer Party Weekend

Activity will be abundant around the entire resort. Gilbert Brown and one of his Packer friends will be here this Saturday night. We will have a 5K fun walk/run on Saturday morning. There will be a frisbee golf tournament, canoe races, and the return of the 30 foot climbing wall!

August 13th - August 15th - Close Encounters

Weird and unusual events will take place at River Bend this weekend. We will hold a night glow parade for everyone to enjoy on Friday night. Saturday events will include treasure and scavenger hunts and a great magic show on Saturday night in the Pavilion.

August 20th - August 22nd - Camp Casino

Games and tournaments of all kind will be played this week. Participants of all ages can compete in everything from frisbee golf to shuffleboard for a chance to win prizes! Come down to the Pavilion on Saturday night from 7-10pm for Casino Night featuring blackjack, craps, and Texas Hold'em. Prizes will be raffled off at the end of the big night as well!

August 27th - August 29th - Mardi Gras Weekend

A Mardi Gras party weekend at River Bend! We will have mask making and other arts and crafts projects on Saturday along with some new relay races for all ages. Enjoy the day's activities and then head to the Pavilion on Saturday night for a costume ball with the DJ.

September 3rd - September 6th - Labor Day Celebration

Come out to River Bend for the last big weekend of the summer camping season. Swing away at the UDI vs. Condo Owner Softball Game Saturday afternoon, and enjoy Electro DJ's on Saturday night. Be sure and stop by the superb Pancake Breakfast featuring Irv's famous doughnuts on Sunday from 8-11am in the Pavilion. Enjoy Sunday's activities and stop by the Pavilion at 7pm for a rock n roll dancing good time!

September 10th - September 12th - Community Bonfire Blast

There is still much camping to do out at River Bend! The pond will still be active and almost all of the amenities will still be available for all campers. We will hold a community bonfire by the Pavilion on Saturday night with music & beverages for all to enjoy. Stop by the Packer Game party on Sunday as well.

September 17th - September 19th - Camper Appreciation

$30.00 campsites now through October 17th! Fall camping is great at River Bend as we will continue with wagon rides and other events in the park. Book your reservations now for only $30 per night!

September 24th - October 3rd - Halloween Havoc I & II

Halloween events will be featured at River Bend on back to back weekends. Events include; a haunted house, kids costume party with games, pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating through the park, bingo, cake walk, food & beverages and a costume party with DJ at the Bar & Restaurant. More details will follow.

Please keep in mind that this is a list of the major activities for the summer weekends. We will have many other events planned such as; bingo sessions, tournaments, arts & crafts, karaoke, hourly scheduled activities and more. We are also waiting on a few additional confirmations for a couple of events this summer as well. As these confirmations are gathered, we will update this section of the website.
